Fortran API Interface

Introduction
------------

The SPEX Fortran interface provides access to all X-ray spectral analysis capabilities
through an object-oriented Fortran API. This interface serves as the foundation for both
the interactive SPEX command prompt and the Python interface, offering direct control
over all SPEX functionality.
